Sire, is a term used to distinguish the male parent of an animal that is kept for breeding. Also known as a

"Billy" a matured intact male horned animal that is fertile is called a buck. A young intact buck who has not

yet reached full maturity, between three and fours with a buckling kid, a baby male, is under twelve

months of age.  A wether is a castrated male who is no longer fertile.​  Historically buck, or male deer-like animal symbolizes greatness and excellence often associated with strength, virility and fertility. A spiritual authority, devotion, regeneration, rebirth, and God's care for men. Being sired by is a respectful archaic  address for a male sovereign with rank and authority meaning senior or elder.
